Led the review, refinement, and improvement of several key BLOX user flows, identifying opportunities to improve usability, clarity, and overall user experience. Leveraged proven design patterns and learnings from Coinmerce to inform design decisions and help strengthen existing customer journeys.
Designed and refined user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI, working closely with the BLOX team to align solutions with product and business objectives. Focused on simplifying complex interactions, improving consistency, and ensuring a cohesive experience across key journeys.
